Order can only be delivered to the shipping address that is registered under your user account on www.thehandmaker.com. Also, we do not deliver to forwarding addresses or Post Office boxes due to the risk of fraud. This is for the protection of all our customers. THE HANDMAKER does and will not be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us.

Once the payment for your order has been settled, we will proceed to dispatch your ordered goods immediately and notify you with Order Confirmation by email to your registered email address. Each delivery will usually take 5-10 working days (depending on the Public Holidays of Hong Kong).

Important Note:

At the time of delivery, you are required to sign a delivery receipt to indicate the order has been received in full.

In very rare circumstances, we may not be able to fulfill your order. Should we experience any problems with the availability of your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.

MISSED DELIVERY

Our chosen carrier may not be able to reach you in person while the order is being delivered, the courier will leave you a card with contact information and indicating their attempt to deliver your order. You will need to contact the carrier directly to arrange for re-delivery. If you do not contact the carrier within the timeframe stated on the delivery card by the chosen carrier, your order will be held at the carrier’s. THE HANDMAKER will not be held liable for any damages or lost of delivery or costs arisen from intentionally unclaimed items.
