We only accept online payment through our destined electronic payment service provider - PayPal. All money transaction between you and THEHANDMAKER.com will be handled by the PayPal in an electronic way. We do not ask for or hold any of your credit card, debit card or bank information.

1. After selected your favorite items, you can review all items in My Shopping Bag. Should you want to use any discount coupon or cash voucher, you can submit at this point. The amount of discount or cash deduction will be calculated automatically. Please make sure that all items, quantities and grand total amount are correct before checkout. Then you can checkout by simply clicking the “Checkout” button;
   
   
2. After clicking the “Checkout” button, you will be led to an order confirmation page where you are asked to confirm the shipping information. If all information is correct, please check the “Agree & Accept Terms & Conditions” box and click “Confirm Purchase”. If you want to make any changes on shipping information or even the items in your order, please click “Edit Shopping Bag” or “Update Profile” for further amendment. For those who use discount coupon or cash voucher are required to resubmit again;
   
   
3. After clicking the “Confirm Purchase” button, your order will be processed and transferred to the PayPal system, and you will be automatically directed to PayPal.com;
   
   
4. You can login as either “PayPal User” or “Non-PayPal User”. If you have a valid PayPal account, you can choose to pay by PayPal cash, registered bank account, credit card or debit card to settle your payment. If you do not have any PayPal account, you can only make payment through the use of three types of credit cards, namely Visa, MasterCard and American Express;
   
   
5. After filling out all required information on PayPal.com, you will be notified with an Order Acknowledgement email released by THEHANDMAKER.com and a Payment Acknowledgement email released by the PayPal confirming your payment has been processed successfully.

Please note that the Order Acknowledgement issued by THEHANDMAKER.com only acknowledges your successful completion of payment. It is not an official acceptance of your order from THEHANDMAKER.com. Our Order Confirmation, which confirms our acceptance of your order, will be sent to you on the date your order is dispatched. For more information, please refer to our Order Acceptance Policy.
