This “User Agreement” is a legal document between you and THEHANDMAKER.com (“THE HANDMAKER”). THE HANDMAKER (“We/ Our/ Us”) governs your participation on the website of the THEHANDMAKER.com ("Site"). PRICES AND QUANTITY LIMITS
We reserve the right at any time to accept or decline any purchase order, being the whole or part of the purchase order, even after the order is confirmed by a written notification issued by the THEHANDMAKER.com. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items to be purchased and/or to prohibit sales to dealers and/or to ban using our photos in the internet (or any other communications medium). In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that have been placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment for the order has been received. If, in any case, your order is cancelled due to incorrect pricing after the payment transaction has already been completed, we shall promptly refund the paid amount of the cancelled order to your PayPal account.

All content on THEHANDMAKER.com (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, links and designs) is the property of THE HANDMAKER and is protected by Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) under Laws of Hong Kong and other international copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and/or print hard copy of portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order via the Site or using the Site as a shopping resource. Any other uses (including but not limited to replication, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance) of the content of the Site are strictly prohibited.
TRADEMARKS
All trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names of THEHANDMAKER.com are proprietary to (i) THEHANDMAKER.com, (ii) THE HANDMAKER and its partners, and (iii) THE HANDMAKER or other respective owners that have granted the Site the right and license to use such intellectual property.
